"Highly recommend Jobylon"
What do you like best about Jobylon?
User-friendly and modern tool. Enables us to streamline our recruitment process and keep everyone in the hiring team up to speed.
And of course, the support team and our awesome Customer Success Manager who are always there to help!

"Excellent pre-selection platform for high volume recruitment "
In the current labour market, candidates turn out to be more selective in their job search. Instead of blindly accepting any offer, candidates would like to consider all elements of a job before deciding. Harver allows to give the candidates a realistic preview of a job in the early stages of a selection process. Through the online experience, candidates will learn more about the position and the company culture, and in parallel will be completing their assessments. In return, employers will receive assessment data from various tests about the candidates which allows them to make the right hiring decision. Also, in my experience the candidates that make it to the next round are far more motivated and prepared for the actual interview.
Summary
Which is better?
- When deciding between Jobylon and Harver, it largely depends on your organization's size and hiring goals. Jobylon is better suited for companies looking for a straightforward recruitment platform that simplifies hiring, particularly mid-sized businesses needing ease of use without a heavy focus on assessments.
- On the other hand, Harver is ideal for large enterprises with high-volume recruitment needs. Its AI-driven assessments and data-driven insights allow for more efficient and unbiased hiring, making it perfect for organizations looking to optimize their pre-employment processes and improve candidate quality.
